This Development Agreement (“Development Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the City of Novato, a municipal corporation ("City"), and the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Institute"). The City and Institute are from time to time referred to herein individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
