In this Contract the rules for cooperation of the Contracting Parties are stipulated. Entering into this Contract the Contracting Parties undertake responsibilities within the fixed range of obligations stipulated herein. The Contracting Parties confirm that this Contract will not by any means be considered a legal or a factual establishment of a company, association or any other legal entity. This provision is essential and decisive for this Contract and the Contract cannot be concluded without it.
