In this Contract the rules for cooperation of the Contracting Parties are stipulated. Entering into this Contract the Contracting Parties undertake responsibilities within the fixed range of obligations stipulated herein. The Contracting Parties confirm that this Contract will not by any means be considered a legal or a factual establishment of a company, association or any other legal entity. This provision is essential and decisive for this Contract and the Contract cannot be concluded without it.

The Parties to this Contract agree to co-produce the play "Die Reise" (The Journey) based on works by Franz Kafka, W.G. Seebald and others. The play will be publicly performed during the 2021/22 season in accordance with the Schedule in Enclosure 1. Further performances are planned for the 2022/23 season in Brno.
