This Amendment No. 2 ("Amendment No. 2") to Facilities Improvement Agreement #18-08 ("Agreement") dated August 7, 2018 and as amended on August 21, 2018, is made and entered into by and between the City of Granbury ("City"), a home-rule, Texas municipal corporation and Gold Creek Homes ("Developer"). The City and Developer may be referred to collectively herein as "Parties" and individually as "Party".
