This Amendment No. 4 ("Amendment No. 4") to Facilities Improvement Agreement #18-08 ("Agreement") dated August 21, 2018 is made and entered into by and between the City of Granbury ("City"), a home-rule, Texas municipal corporation and Gold Creek Homes ("Developer"). The City and Developer may be referred to collectively herein as "Parties" and individually as "Party".

The City and Developer may be referred to collectively herein as "Parties" and individually as "Party".
