THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of 2015 between the State of Montana, by and through the Department of Corrections, hereinafter called the "Employer" and the Pine Hills Education Association, MEA-MFT hereinafter called the "Association," shall constitute a binding Agreement governing the covenants and stipulations herein contained.
