This Agreement is made this day of September, 2021 by and between the Town of Madison, hereinafter referred to as the Town or Employer, and Teamsters Local #443 referred to as the Union, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, and shall be binding on both parties hereto, their heirs, successors and assignees, until terminated or amended as hereinafter provided.
