This is the Agreement between you (the member) and 4Front Credit Union (hereinafter “Credit Union”), a state-chartered credit union whose principal place of business is located at 101 North Park Street, Traverse City, Michigan 49684, regarding your business accounts with the Credit Union. By establishing an account with the Credit Union through a Business Membership Application and Agreement that makes reference to this Agreement, you agree that this Agreement is a binding contract between you and the Credit Union.
