This is our second contract and our goal was to lift up all workers at our hospital including the lowest paid workers of North Lincoln. We continue to work to bring pay equity across the Samaritan System. Because of the countless workers that came to bargaining and shared their personal stories we were able to meet many of our goals. We know that solidarity works. In standing together, we were able to win the following:
