This Agreement entered into effective 1st day of January, 2017, by and between the Township of Gloucester, in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and Communications Workers of America, Local 1014 Supervisory Unit hereinafter referred to as CWA Local 1014 or the Union, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Township and the Union, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment, and represents the complete and final understanding of the rules and regulations of the Township of Gloucester.
