WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County, Oklahoma (hereinafter called the "County"), and the Tulsa County Industrial Authority, an Oklahoma public trust (hereinafter called the "Authority"), have heretofore approved a certain Projects Agreement (hereinafter called the "Agreement"), dated as of July 1, 2014, whereby the County agrees to make payments to the Authority in amounts sufficient to pay when due principal and interest on the Authority's Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2014, and other obligations of the Authority as therein provided; and
