THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2012, by and between the CORRECTIONS COMMISSION OF NORTHWEST OHIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) and the CCNO SUPERVISORS ASSOCIATION, LOCAL 53 OF THE
