Description/Purpose: The purpose of this agreement is to allow the County to purchase Google Workspace user licensing through SIPA at a State Contract negotiated price. The County currently uses Google Workspace (Business Plus level) for productivity software for all county staff (email, documents, storage, etc.) The quote is for Enterprise Plus level licensing, which was previously approved. The agreement also allows for annual billing, instead of month-to-month billing with credit card. Quote is for Ouray County to renew 75
