THIS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT is made and entered into between the City of Missoula, County ofMissoula, State ofMontana (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) and the MFPE. This Collective Bargaining Agreement has as its purpose the promotion ofharmonious relations between the Employer and the Union including the establishment ofan equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution ofdifferences and establishment ofspecific agreement provisions pertaining to rates of pay, hours ofwork and fringe benefits.
