NON-REIMBURSABLE SPACE ACT AGREEMENT BETWEENNon-Reimbursable Space Act Agreement • January 3rd, 2022
In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center, located at Wallops Island, VA 23337 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA GSFC," "GSFC," “NASA WFF", “WFF”, or “NASA”) and the County of Accomack, located at 23296 Courthouse Avenue, Suite 203, Accomac, Virginia 23301(hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Accomack County", or “County”). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties." The Reciprocal Fire Protection Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1856a, authorizes fire departments and fire protection agencies of the Federal Government, including NASA, to enter into arrangements to provide assistance outside their respective jurisdictions for fire protection and response in case of emergencies.
