This Non-Reimbursable Space Act Agreement is the result of a selection process associated with NASA Announcement number NASA-PCGFS-01, Partnerships for Commercial Grapple Fixtures. This announcement sought partnerships for grapple fixture technologies that would facilitate the development of On-orbit Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing (OSAM) capabilities. The intent of the release was to identify grapple fixtures that would help facilitate capture by a robotic servicer. NASA and Partner wish to create a partnership to explore the capabilities of a Partner's commercial grapple fixture. Partner will provide a grapple fixture, which NASA will evaluate in one of its robotics labs to determine if the grapple fixture meets certain test criteria. NASA will provide data back to the company reflecting the grapple fixture's stated capabilities and how it actually performed in the robotics lab testing.
