This Service Learning Agreement is effective the date last signed by the parties below and between the UTA student (“Student”), the Community Partner Organization (“Partner”), and the UTA Instructor (“Instructor”) on behalf of The University of Texas at Arlington, all identified below. All parties involved will herein be referred to as the “Parties.” The purpose of the service learning experience is for the Student to serve and to learn with the Partner as part of an academic course at The University of Texas at Arlington.
