This Agreement is made on this day of October, 2011, between STEVENS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, an educational not-for-profit body corporate, with offices located at Howe Center, 13th Floor, Castle Point on Hudson, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 (hereinafter referred to as "Stevens") and the CITY OF HOBOKEN, a municipal corporation, with offices located at 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 (hereinafter referred to as the "City").
