Remote work is available only to eligible employees, at City’s sole discretion. Remote work is not an employee benefit intended to be available to the entire organization. As such, no employee is entitled to, or guaranteed the opportunity to, remote work. All formal remote working arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis, focusing first on the business needs of the organization.
