If the application to become an Exhibitor/Sponsor is accepted by eClinicalWorks, LLC (“eClinicalWorks”), these terms (the “Agreement”) will govern Exhibitor/Sponsor’s participation in each applicable Event. By registering for any Event, Exhibitor/Sponsor (the entity executing this agreement) agrees to these terms, which form a legally binding contract between eClinicalWorks and Exhibitor/Sponsor. Further, through registering the Exhibitor/Sponsor, you represent that you have authority to bind Exhibit/Sponsor and that Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees to be bound by, and to ensure that its principals, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and permitted assigns will abide by the Agreement.
