This Agreement, entered into this ninth (9th) (4th) October 2000 2004 between Albertson=s, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Athe Employer@), and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Locals 135, 324, 770, 1036, 1167, 1428, and 1442 (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”), is the sole contract between the parties and no oral understanding shall serve to amend this Agreement unless incorporated herein.
