COMPUTER ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENTEducation Department • September 29th, 2023
I, , a Tribal member, do accept a computer, printer, accessories and/or programs purchased by the Education Department of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe as it is needed to complete the Career Program I am pursuing. I agree that the computer, printer, accessories and/or programs remain the property of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe until I have completed a minimum of sixty credit hours with a minimum of 2.0 G.P.A. in the Degree Program that I am enrolled in or have worked a minimum of two years in the field I am training for. In the event that I fail to meet the required guidelines, I agree to return the computer, printer, accessories and/or programs to the Eastern Shawnee Tribe. I also agree that the Eastern Shawnee Tribe may withhold the cost of the computer, printer, accessories and/or programs from any future benefits that I may be eligible to receive (including Social Service) from the Eastern Shawnee Tribe should I not return the computer, printer, accessories and/or programs to the Eastern
