I, , a Tribal member, do accept a computer, printer, accessories and/or programs purchased by the Education Department of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe as it is needed to complete the Career Program I am pursuing. I agree that the computer, printer, accessories and/or programs remain the property of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe until I have completed a minimum of sixty credit hours with a minimum of 2.0 G.P.A. in the Degree Program that I am enrolled in or have worked a minimum of two years in the field I am training for. In the event that I fail to meet the required guidelines, I agree to return the computer, printer, accessories and/or programs to the Eastern Shawnee Tribe. I also agree that the Eastern Shawnee Tribe may withhold the cost of the computer, printer, accessories and/or programs from any future benefits that I may be eligible to receive (including Social Service) from the Eastern Shawnee Tribe should I not return the computer, printer, accessories and/or programs to the Eastern

THIS Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the State of New Mexico, Public Education Department (PED) hereinafter referred to as the “Procuring Agency” and Graduation Alliance, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
