THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of , 2014 by and between the City of Cincinnati, through its Department of Sewers (the “City”), as the sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the sewer system on behalf of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) under that certain agreement between the City and the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio dated April 12, 1968 (the “1968 Agreement”) and on behalf of itself and its successors-in- interest to the extent provided for in the 1968 Agreement and <Enter Consultant Name>, hereinafter “Consultant.”
