This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the Highlands of Loretto Townhome Association, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, with its offices at 35 Lake Street South, Suite 500, Big Lake, MN 55309 (hereinafter the “Grantor”), and the City of Loretto, a Minnesota municipal corporation , with its offices at 279 N. Medina Street, Suite 260, P.O. Box 207, Loretto, MN 55357 (hereinafter the “City”; hereinafter Grantor and the City are collectively referred as “the Parties”).
