This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2013, by and between Jonathan and Joy Krieg, property owner(s) (collectively, “Grantor”), and the City of Delano, a Minnesota municipal corporation (“City”). Regarding 731 Elm Ave E (“Property”). The City is in the process of making certain drainage improvements within the specific properties along Shadywood Ln, Oak Ridge Dr., and Elm Ave. East under the 2013 Infrastructure Improvements project. In order to complete the Project, the City requires entrance upon property owned by Grantor to commence and complete construction of the improvements described in Exhibit A attached.
