It is the purpose of this Agreement to promote and ensure harmonious relations, cooperation, and understanding between AOC-Logistics, LLC (AOC) and Technica, LLC (Technica) hereafter noted as the “Company” or “Employer”, and employees covered under this Collective Bargaining Agreement represented by the Transport Workers Union of America Local 527, AFL-CIO, hereafter noted as the ‘Union”. The intent is to ensure true collective bargaining through partnering and interest base bargaining processes, and to establish standards of wages, hours, working conditions, and other conditions of employment. It is the primary goal of the parties to exceed all mission requirements and expectations at the Defense Logistics Agency at the DLA Distribution Richmond, Virginia (DDRV).
