This is the first year of a three-year agreement with Microsoft for the licensing of our current (344) Enterprise Software Agreement licenses. This contract allows the City the ability to upgrade operating systems and Office Suite software for these existing desktops and laptops and their replacements as many times as necessary over the life of our three-year contract. The City benefits by achieving standardization, software upgrades for the life of the contract, priority Microsoft support, and City-wide system compatibility.
