In consideration of the hire charge set out in paragraph 4 , Whitbourne Village Hall (“WVH”)(Registered Charity No 520993), acting by its Management Committee, agrees to permit the Hirer to use the Premises (or part thereof) described in paragraph 3, for the period(s) referred to in paragraph 2 subject to and in accordance with this Agreement and the Standard Conditions of Hire and the Health and Safety requirements attached hereto.
