In as much as the Administration and the teaching staff at UNIS, as well as the chaperones for this trip, will be assuming the supervisory responsibilities of your child on a trip away from school, we feel it is important that the student and the parents/guardians fully understand the rules which govern such trips. It is our feeling that a trip is a continuation of the school day and as such, students participating are subject to the rules and regulations that govern our school while they are on campus. Because the students will be representing UNIS, and because their conduct, behavior and safety is our responsibility, we have established the following additional guidelines which must be adhered to while they are away from home:
