It was substantially revised in the fall of 2009. Some policies were modified for clarity or administrative consistency. Some policies were relocated for more logical grouping and easier access. If it is discovered that important policies have been inadvertently omitted through the rewriting process, the Association and administration agree to discuss and resolve the omissions. This agreement shall be governed and subject to the laws of the State of Utah. Any provisions of the agreement that conflicts with prevailing Utah Law or Federal Law shall be null and void.
