The purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain satisfactory collective bargaining relations between the Employer and the Union, to provide means for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances without work stoppages, and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all Employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
