The general purpose of this Agreement between the Employer and the Union is to establish and maintain orderly and harmonious relations; to provide a satisfactory procedure for the final and binding settlement of grievances arising out of this Agreement without stoppage of work; and to set forth those working conditions which have been negotiated.
