This Agreement is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Bill Payment Services (“Bill Pay”) offered to you by Ventura County Credit Union (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who request and use the Bill Payment Services. The words “we”, “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means a checking account you have with the Credit Union that you have designated as your Bill Payment Account. By submitting an online request for Bill Pay each of you jointly and severally agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amendments.
