This Bill Payment Services Agreement is between the University of Michigan Credit Union (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Credit Union” and “UMCU”), the financial institution providing the remote banking services, and each member who has enrolled in our Bill Payment Services and any person authorized by the member to use the member's Bill Payment Services (collectively, “you” and “your”). This Agreement is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Bill Payment Services (“Bill Pay”) offered to you by Ventura County Credit Union (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who request and use the Bill Payment Services. The words “we”, “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means a checking account you have with the Credit Union that you have designated as your Bill Payment Account. By submitting an online request for Bill Pay each of you jointly and severally agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amendments.

Use of “PayIt” Bill Pay Service indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this PayIt Bill Payment Services Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) as this may be amended from time to time. This Agreement is provided in electronic form, and by enrolling in and using Champion Credit Union’s PayIt Bill Payment Service you agree to accept the Agreement in that form. This Bill Payment Services Agreement and Disclosure (the "Agreement") is entered into between PFCU ("Credit Union") and acknowledged by member of the Credit Union, who hereby subscribes to PFCU’s Bill Payment Services (“online service”, “Bill Pay”). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions governing the Bill Payment Services. The person authorized to use the online service is referred to in this Agreement as "you" or "your". A “Payee” means anyone, including PFCU, you designate and PFCU accepts as a payee. The Credit Union is referred to in this Agreement as "Credit Union", “PFCU”, "we", "us", and/or "our". If you use the online service or permit another to use the online service on your behalf, you agree to the terms and conditions.
