This Interconnection Agreement is entered into by and between CenturyTel of Chester, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink, CenturyTel of Postville, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink (CenturyLink), and Big River Telephone Company, LLC, (CLEC) in their capacity as certified providers of local wireline Telecommunications Service.
