This COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT made and agreed between the AMERICAN GUILD OF MUSICAL ARTISTS (hereinafter called “AGMA”) and Lyric Productions, LLC for Lyric Opera Baltimore, and their successors and assigns (hereinafter called “MANAGEMENT”), shall constitute an agreement between the parties hereto for the work territory, wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment for all ARTISTS thereof, provided for herein.
