The purpose of this document is to describe the scope of work and the responsibilities of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (Kimley-Horn) and the City of Winter Haven (CITY), for the preparation of construction documents for complete streets design enhancements for 2nd Street SW from Avenue C to W Central Avenue for the CITY. Proposed complete streets improvements generally consist of improvements to the roadway, minor drainage improvements, pedestrian connectivity and crossing movements, curb relocation for landscaping buffers and bioswales, roundabout evaluation at the intersections of 2 nd Street SW & Avenue B SW and 2nd Street SW & Avenue A SW.
