All terms and conditions of that Agreement remain in full force and effect except as modified herein.

(Kimley-Horn) and the City of Winter Haven (CITY), for the preparation of construction documents for complete streets design enhancements for 2nd Street SW from Avenue C to W Central Avenue for the CITY. Proposed complete streets improvements generally consist of improvements to the roadway, minor drainage improvements, pedestrian connectivity and crossing movements, curb relocation for landscaping buffers and bioswales, roundabout evaluation at the intersections of 2 nd Street SW & Avenue B SW and 2nd Street SW & Avenue A SW.
