The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for certain janitorial employees working in commercial office buildings in the Ohio counties of Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren, and the Kentucky counties of Campbell, Kenton and Boone, but excluding project employees, clerical employees, sales employees, supervisors within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act, and employees working in buildings of less than 100,000 square feet, in distribution centers, airport facilities, K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, medical buildings, or in manufacturing, research or retail buildings.
