Contract Type FiledMay 11th, 2018Unless otherwise specified below, every capitalized definition used in Annex B -Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is described respectively in the General Terms of Service (“GTS”), in the Service Order (“SO”) and in the Special Conditions of Service (“SCS”: GTS, SO and SCS together hereinafter are only referred to as the “Contract”) of which the SLA is an integral part. The objective of this SLA is to define the delivery levels of services provided by Cynny Space to the Client; to monitor the level of quality and to regulate the procedures for interaction between the Parties in the event of disruptions.
