Adams County, Washington and the Sheriff of Adams County, hereinafter known as the Employer, and the Adams County Deputy Sheriffs Employees' Association, hereinafter known as the Association, do hereby reach an agreement for the purpose of establishing wages, hours of work, working conditions, fringe benefits, other terms and conditions of employment and to establish a basis for the cooperative solution of problems by responsible parties to the end that a spirit of peace and cooperation be maintained.
