University units may use the College of Science and Engineering (CSE) Conference Room – 101 Walter Library – without charge, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. After-hours and weekend events are considered on a case-by-case basis. Priority for reservations is given to units within CSE. Reservations may be made 3 months out from the current date. Please note, on rare occasions CSE Administration may exercise bumping rights or the right to deny room reservations.
