This Agreement is made and entered into on this date , 2013, by and between the Ohlone Community College District ("District") together with other contractors and/or subcontractors, including construction building material delivery truckers, trucking companies and trucking brokers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the "Agreement To Be Bound" (Exhibit A), ("Contractor/Employer(s)"), the Alameda County Building and Construction Trades Council and the Local Unions signatory hereto, all in their behalf and in behalf of the various Local Unions involved, ("Union(s)").
