THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of June 2023, by and between the NWI Contractors Association Inc. (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Association”) acting as negotiating agent for and on behalf of certain firms, Party of the First Part. Employers signatory hereto are referred to herein for the purpose of clarity as the “Employer”, and Laborers’ International Union of North America, State of Indiana District Council, acting for and in behalf of LIUNA Locals #41 and #81 (hereinafter “Union”), Party of the Second Part.
