Contract Type FiledOctober 18th, 2010This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) applies to and governs such Gabian Technology and its partners SharePoint, Web Hosting, Virtual Private Server, Exchange Hosting, Advisor Earnings, Email Archive, CRM and other remotely provided services as Gabian Technology and its partners may offer from time to time and further defined below (collectively, “Services” and each a “Service”) and that You order and pay for in accordance with and subject to your compliance with Gabian Technology and its partners Master Service Agreement (“MSA”). Except as noted below, this SLA applies to each of the SharePoint, Web Hosting, Virtual Private Server, Exchange Hosting and CRM Services. Capitalized terms in this SLA have the meaning set forth in the MSA unless they are otherwise defined herein or the context requires otherwise.
