This FOX SITE MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT is dated as of February 22, 2017 by and among HOTEL FOX PARTNERS, LLC, a Montana limited liability company (the “Developer”), the CITY OF MISSOULA, MONTANA, a municipal corporation of the State of Montana (“City”), and the MISSOULA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a component part of the City (the “MRA”). The Developer, the City and the MRA are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
