Contract Type FiledJanuary 10th, 2014In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Colorado School of Mines has a policy of granting FLSA non-exempt employees compensatory time off in lieu of compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week, or other permissible work schedules for law enforcement, seasonal and other employees.
