This Agreement is the contract of deposit that covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Membership Application. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean FedEx Employees Credit Association (“Credit Union”). The word “account” means any one or more accounts you have with the Credit Union. The classification and form of ownership of your accounts are designated on your Membership Application.
