This Agreement is made and entered into this 27th day of August, 2008, by and between the Board of Education of District 161, Will County, hereinafter referred to as the “Board,” and Summit Hill Council of the American Federation of Teachers, Local 604, AFT/IFT, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the “Union,” for the purpose of setting salaries, wages, working conditions, fringe benefits, and grievance procedures of the bargaining unit defined herein.
